  Trabajar en equipo ¿Lucha de egos?

  Qué difícil me ha resultado trabajar en equipo los últimos meses y más porque me ha tocado ser la que organiza el trabajo. En 4 diferentes proyectos la respuesta que he obtenido ha sido la misma: al inicio un ánimo desbordante por el trabajo, en el desarrollo una respuesta lenta, y al final poca retroalimentación...
